Our partnership meditation “You & Your Heart ” was developed by Dr. Judith Gastner and Alma Kuteifan together with the PaarBalance team.
Meditation aims to support people in committed relationships in taking a step away from everyday life, finding inner peace, reflecting on themselves and their connection with each other, and strengthening their love.
The goal is to look at oneself and one's partner with a warm-hearted gaze, to feel more closeness and to connect with each other on a deep level.

The actual meditation “You & Your Heart ” lasts approximately 20 minutes.
You can easily download the MP3 audio file (to your smartphone, notebook or PC) and then start meditating directly and at any time (even without an internet connection).
The meditation was designed by Dr. Judith Gastner, Alma Kuteifan and the PaarBalance team.
Alma, a psychology student and daughter of a singer, guides you through the meditation with her pleasant voice 🙂.

You should not listen to the meditation while driving .
We recommend that you listen to the meditation as regularly as possible. Whenever it suits you and you have about 30 minutes to spare.
In a phase of life where nerves are more easily frayed, when irritability has spread, when relationships are characterized by carelessness, misunderstandings, hurt feelings or arguments - but also simply to "wind down" in the evening - meditation can wonderfully help to find a more benevolent attitude towards oneself and one's partner.
If your partner is open to it, you are welcome to do so. However, listening to the audio together is not a requirement. Due to the 'law of reciprocity', a change in one partner's attitude automatically affects the other and thus their relationship.
Therefore, if one partner uses meditation, the partnership as a whole is very likely to benefit.
If you have the choice, we recommend listening to the meditation with headphones to minimize distractions and to be able to better engage with the content of the meditation.
Absolutely! Because the thoughts and inner attitudes conveyed in meditation apply to all forms of love relationships and partnerships.
